Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., is a professor of medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where he founded the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Clinic in 1979. He is also the author of 14 books and has been teaching mindfulness-based practices for over 40 years.
